Pelahatchie Students Reminisce Their Christmas Break

Students at Pelahatchie High were very excited to go on Christmas break. Having a break from school offered them the opportunity to spend time with family, friends, and so much more. Students spent their break doing a variety of things.

Eight students were interviewed. These are the responses.

What was the best part of your Christmas break ?

Freshmen:

Destiny White, 15: “Christmas was my favorite part. I got a lot of stuff.”

Brooklyn Ferguson, 14: “I got to spend time with family and friends. I also slept and ate a lot.”

Sophomores:

Scarlett Castillo,15: “I spent it with friends and family. I also got the chance to spread the word of Jesus Christ. I love helping the less fortunate by giving presents.”

John Huston Elliot,15: “I went hunting.”

Juniors:

Eric Davis,17: ”I got to spend most of it with my beautiful girlfriend and her family.”

Abbigail Reach,16: “Watching my cousins open presents and getting to spend time with some family I haven’t seen in a while.”

Seniors:

Alyssa Coker, 18: “I went shopping and hung out with my friends.”

Alex Millings, 18: “I ate a lot of food.”
